Billing
Billing will occur after the order is shipped from the factory and is due on receipt. First time orders may require a 50% deposit or full advance payment. Cumulative orders exceeding $10,000 may require a minimum 50% deposit. Call us if you have questions.
Garrett Marketing Solutions accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
Shipping
Shipping costs can be estimated to the best of our knowledge at the time of the order. Actual shipping costs will be reflected on the final billing. Shipping is FOB the factory. UPS is generally used, if you have a carrier preference please let us know.
Over/Underruns
Most of our manufacturers reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the number requested and bill for the amount shipped. Exact quantities can be achieved but a charge may apply.
Split and Drop Shipments
Split and drop shipments can be arranged for a small fee.
Rush Orders
Production time varies from product to product. Three to four weeks is comfortable for an in hands date.
We can often meet a quick turn around date. Certain products and manufactures have special rush production and we work with shipping companies to get you your product in a hurry. There are sometimes extra costs associated with this service. Expedited shipping may be necessary.
Contact your sales representative to discuss details of a rush order.
Product Samples
In most cases, we can provide for your viewing samples of the products that interest you. These samples are random and often have another companies imprint. We are usually able to provide random samples without charge to you.
Many manufacturers will also allow us to order a speculative sample. These samples are the exact product with your proposed imprint, engraving or debossing on the item. Speculative samples normally have a fee associated with them. In many cases we are able to reimburse you these fees when you place an order.
Artwork
All pricing includes layout of your imprint. We prefer to work with logos and artwork electronically. We are sometimes able to use a hard copy of your artwork or logo but it may result in a lower quality imprint. Call with any questions. Please provide us with files in EPS, AI or TIF formats. JPEG and GIF files are not generally usable. Call if you have questions about other formats that you have, we'll work together to get the finished product you want. Additional artwork charges may apply if acceptable artwork is not provided.
Keep in mind most artwork is priced at one location, one color and for a specific sized area. Additional colors and or locations are normally available at an additional cost. Take advantage of our experience to get the best look for you advertising dollar.
We will send you a proof of the proposed artwork for your approval. Please take extra care to check all spelling and numbers to ensure accuracy.
Your approval of artwork is considered final for production. Any errors in artwork approved may be your responsibility.
Set-up Fees
We will keep you informed of set-up charges from the manufactures prior to the order being processed. You will see them as "set-up, screen, additional color, location, decorating, embroidery, and digitalizing" fees on your order and invoice.
